    Whether you want to improve your track speed, 40 /60 yard dash, gain strength and agility, recover from an injury or meet new personal best, we are here for your goals!

    Coach Michael Dallas has extensive experience as both an athlete and coach in team sports (baseball, football, softball, soccer, basketball) in addition to track and field.

    Location-

    Sessions can be held at the South Sound Athletics private gym or at a local field/track. With small travel fee, we can also travel to your home gym

    Rates- 60 min sessions

    $65

    Can split the rate with a sibling/friend. Maximum of 2 athletes for personal training rate

  • Group Training

    All the benefits of personal training tailored to a small group or team.

    Great choice for groups of younger athletes, preseason prep for high school athletes and other groups that share similar strength and conditioning goals.

    Sessions can be held at the South Sound Athletics private gym or at a local field/track

    Rates- 60 min sessions

    3-4 Athletes: $85

    5-10 Athletes: $110
